‘The Dark Knight’ is one of the most popular superhero movies ever. Heck, it might even be one of the most popular movies of any genre in the past 10 years. But, even if you think you’ve seen and read all there is on ‘The Dark Knight,’ you still might not know everything there is to know about one of the biggest movies of all-time.

For example, did you know that the mask The Joker wears in the opening scene of the movie is the same one The Joker wore in a 1966 episode of ‘Batman’ titled “The Joker is Wild” where the Joker impersonates a clown? Or, that when The Joker blows up Gotham General Hospital, that’s Heath Ledger walking away from an actual building that Christopher Nolan and his team exploded in the background?
